Week 12 - Friday

Presentation day!

It was a really long presentation session and we ended up being right near the end of it all going third to last, however it went REALLY well.

We had our presentation nailed so that we went up, opened the document, gave our 4 minute presentation, and handed over to the next person.

It went pretty seamlessly and we have just done our online submissions so are all feeling really good about our project!

Week 12 - Thursday

Today was the day to get everything finished!!!! AHHH!!!

Dossier was priority as we needed to get it to print. Got that done and were then able to focus on the presentation.

We filmed some new shots, and used the screen video of the website along with the existing 2 videos we'd created to create 1 seamless video that depicted the ideal first stages of the journey that is experienced with Project Boost. This left us a minute and a half to talk about the other pertinent information from the project. We timed and practised and practised and practised and finally finished up at 9:30pm.

We then got everything ready in a folder for hand in and sorted jobs for the morning in terms of picking up the dossier and brining the box etc.

Super excited for presentations tomorrow morning!

Finished Box!

The box is finished! It was a little bit rushed at the end but we are pretty happy with it - there are a few tweaks we'd make with more time just to neaten it up and make it professional but otherwise we are pleased with the final result.

Week 12 - Wednesday

Worked through putting the final touches into the dossier today and printed out a test that we can all go over together tomorrow before sending to the printer. I thought it was really important to use solely our own images in the dossier so tok a few today to replace the stock ones we had:

I also printed out the covers for the box and made it :)
but I didn't think about the flap on the lid so had an awful white strip:

Lauren's going to print out another bit and bring it for me tomorrow to cover this.

Week 12 - Tuesday

Dossier day!

Today we smashed through the dossier.
Katie finished off the website, Lauren started putting the content I'd written yesterday into an InDesign doc whilst I finished writing the rest of the content as we decided on images/layout and what the content towards the end of the dossier was actually going to be.

It was a really long day but really productive. The whole thing is drafted up and now just needs some final finessing. Lauren packaged up the doc and sent it to me as she is going to be away now until midday Thursday.

Week 12 - Prep - Sam

Today I was in charge of writing a bulk of the content for the dossier so that when we meet up tomorrow we can chuck it all straight into a dossier to start designing our content.
This was very laborious but I managed to get a good 2/3 of the content written up.
